Antenatal: This class covers how to prepare for breastfeeding during pregnancy, IE: hand expression, setting up your breast pump, flange sizing, etc.

Baby Boot Camp covers characteristics of newborns, hospital procedures, tests and medications, breast and bottle feeding, tips for the first few weeks at home, skills lab that covers diapering, dressing, swaddling, bulb syringe and taking temperature.
Register expectant mother only. For social distancing, classes are being limited to 10 couples per class.

Please join us at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine for out Breast Cancer Support Group. Each month there will be a new topic, speaker or event promoting survivorship for those diagnosed with breast cancer. Our group meets on the second Friday of each month at the Women's imaging center.

The two most important factors in successfully meeting your breastfeeding goals are knowledge and commitment. In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way.
**This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.**

This class for expectant parents focuses on the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes combining breastfeeding and working and expression and storage of breast milk. Primary support persons are encouraged to attend.

Learn about breastfeeding from the comfort of your home. Not every family is able to attend parent education classes in person, while others learn better with a self-study class. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning easy and fun.
An invitation to the online course will be given to you within 5 business days after you have completed the registration process.
