This conference consist of sharing knowledge between Cardiologist, CT Surgeons, Cardiology Interventionalist, and other disciplines to reach a decision that is multidisciplinary and best for the patient outcomes.

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

(1) Identify patient issues that may need to be addressed early
(2) Develop a system for complete documentation and timely follow-up
(3) Utilize and implement new guidelines ACC & AHA guidelines for valvular heart disease
