OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to – (1) Recognize fracture patterns in orthopedic cases, (2) Formulate treatment plans using evidence-based knowledge and guidelines, (3) Discuss the rationale for different treatment modalities for the orthopedic trauma patient.
