Primary care providers are on the frontlines working with patients who struggle with behavioral health issues every day. Our event works toward the integration of behavioral health and primary care building professional connections better serving our patients. This activity is designed to provide education on psychopharmacology in an open forum for addressing the challenges faced in providing efficient and effective mental health care.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the learner should be able to:
- Initiate and evaluate appropriate medical therapy for the mental health patient suffering from: Depression and Anxiety in adults.
- Identify how to open a network of communication between a patient’s primary care and mental health provider.
- Differentiate between types of medical mental health treatments and identify patients who would benefit from augmentation strategies and the patient who would benefit from counselling and additional referral.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds (less $50 administrative fee) will be provided to registrants who cancel their registration two weeks prior to the course if cancellation by registrant becomes necessary. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as registration was received.
