1. Describe what coaching is, explain what it is not, and present best practices that lead to improved professional and personal development.

2. List examples of coaching models, delivery methods, and the pros and cons of each.

3. Identify and demonstrate positive forms of coaching that aid physician development and improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
4. Discuss how coaching can reduce risk of physician burnout and suicide.
