On behalf of BUMC Oncology Program, we would like to invite you to exhibit at the BUMC Hematology/Oncology Case Conference Series, which will take place the 1st Thursday at Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center - Dallas Campus at 3410 Worth Street Ste 580 Dallas, TX 75246.  

We anticipate approximately 45 healthcare professionals over the course of the year. The target audience for this series is physicians and fellows.  

Exhibitor Registration Information 

To express your interest in exhibiting at the BUMC Hematology/Oncology Case Conference Series, please select the Register tab and complete the registration steps, including indicating all date(s) for which you would like to participate.

Exhibitors are required to complete and submit the following: 

• Exhibitor/Registration Agreement Forms 
• Green Security Clearance 
• Baylor Scott & White Formulary approval 
• Full payment 

Please note that exhibitor representatives will not be permitted to exhibit on site until payment has been received in full and all required documentation has been reviewed and approved by the A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education at Baylor Scott & White Health.
