OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

Understand the advantages of CCTA over coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring, stress testing, or invasive coronary angiography (LHC) for the evaluation of chest pain.
Identify which patients with stable or acute chest pain are appropriate candidates for CCTA versus stress testing or direct catheterization referral.
Interpret the key elements of a CCTA report (stenosis grade, plaque burden, high-risk features) and translate each into a specific treatment action.
