The first step to bariatric surgery is attending one of our bariatric seminar. This is required of anyone wanting to pursue weigh loss surgery. This is an in depth seminar and last 2 hours. The first hour you have a group nutrition class that discuss healthy lifestyle changes that you can start making now and what to expect after surgery. The second hour you will meet with one of our bariatric surgeons who will discuss what obesity is, how it happens, and how it effects your health.
