1. Describe the underlying mechanisms and common causes of CSF rhinorrhea, including traumatic, iatrogenic, and spontaneous sources.
2. Identify key clinical features suggestive of CSF rhinorrhea and outline appropriate diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging modalities.
3. Discuss both conservative and surgical management approaches, including indications for endoscopic repair, postoperative care, and prevention of recurrence.
