Overview: Physicians need strategies in ensuring that documentation provides both the diagnostic indicators and an accurate clinical picture that supports the diagnosis. Physicians need the resources and knowledge in accurately documenting both the diagnostic indicators and clinical picture (signs and symptoms) that support the diagnosis of Acute Respiratory Failure.

•Identify scenarios endorsed by Baylor Scott & White Health for the diagnosis of Chronic Respiratory Failure
•Review ICD-10 documentation requirements for chronic respiratory failure
•Learn how to accurately identify Acute Respiratory Failure in patients with Chronic Respiratory Failure
