It is time to reapply for CME accreditation of regularly scheduled series (RSS) activities for the two-year cycle of [YEAR RANGE].

  • The disclosure of financial relationships (COI) with ACCME-defined ineligible companies form will be electronic for all directors/planners.

For your CME accreditation application, we have attached a pre-filled CME application worksheet. We ask that you complete the following steps:

>    review the application and make revisions if needed

>    insert/verify/confirm cost center information

>    include signatures in the appropriate places for activity director and financial administrator

>    return the completed and signed CME application

  • Your Regular Scheduled Series (RSS) will be accredited/approved through December 2027.   
  • Upon CME accreditation approval, the transfer of fees associated with new RSS will occur as indicated above. 
  • Each activity series is reported separately to the ACCME.  Activity series may NOT be combined.   
  • FY27 fees are subject to change. 

To ensure that we can begin providing CME credit for your series in the month of January 2024, please follow up with any questions or return the completed worksheet to your CME contact no later than November 9, 2023.
