ADDENDUM: RSS Letter for fees for FY 24 budget – Clarification for MOC/see revised table (download full letter here)

The Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Annual Fee is a per specialty fee. Optional MOC credit may be added to the CME annual fee at the rate per specialty as shown in the table below.

Greetings!

Thank you for your participation in accredited CME via regularly scheduled series (RSS). We appreciate your continued partnership as we strive to improve our processes and efficiencies for the Baylor Scott & White Health System.

The annual fees collected are used toward the operations costs for providing the services and maintaining our accreditation status with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Many factors go into the operations of the department and more information can be provided upon request.

Please see the schedule below for FY24 Regularly Scheduled Series fees for budget planning.

• Your current calendar year series will be eligible (in September 2023) to renew for a two-year period beginning January 2024 through December 2025.
• Upon CME accreditation approval, the transfer of fees associated with the renewed series will occur once mid FY24 and then again in mid FY25.
• Each activity is reported separately to the ACCME. Activities may NOT be combined.
• FY25 fees are subject to change.

Rates are subject to change in FY25.

Please note that Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit is optional for your activities.
