Breastfeeding Online Class: Dallas (Online Patient Course)
Learn about breastfeeding from the comfort of your home. Not every family is able to attend parent education classes in person, while others learn better with a self-study class. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning easy and fun.
An Invitation to the online course will be given to you within 5 business days after you have completed the registration process.
Maternity Tour: Dallas - In Person (In-Person Patient Tour)
This interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor & delivery, as well as the Postpartum and Nursery Units. All questions are welcomed.
NOTE:
Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

Hospital Tour: College Station (In-Person Maternity Tour)
Our hospital tour offers expectant parents and siblings a chance to prepare for the big day by becoming familiar with the birth environment. You'll get a guided look at our facilities, and we'll answer any questions to help ease anxiety and make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
This tour is offered at no cost and is a great way to feel more confident and ready for your hospital stay.
Please note: Tours are also included as part of the childbirth preparation class.

This one-day class is designed to prepare new mothers and their birth partners for the childbirth experience. You'll receive practical information and guidance to help you feel more confident and informed as you approach labor and delivery.
Topics include:
• The stages and progression of labor
• Pain control options, including natural techniques
• What to expect during a cesarean birth
• Specific practices and procedures at Labor & Delivery | Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – College Station
Postpartum Health & Baby Care Online Class: College Station (Online Patient Course)
This interactive online course covers essential information for the first two weeks after birth, including taking care of yourself, caring for your newborn, and feeding your baby. It also highlights important warning signs, so you know when to call for help.
