Childbirth Class: Temple (In-Person Patient Class)

This four-week series meets once a week and provides a comprehensive look at the entire childbirth journey—from labor and delivery to postpartum care and newborn essentials.
• Weeks 1 & 2 focus on pregnancy, the labor process, and common medical procedures.
• Week 3 includes a facility tour and a dedicated breastfeeding class. Participants will meet in the South Tower front lobby (first floor) at 6:00 p.m., where the instructor will greet and guide the group.
• Week 4 covers postpartum recovery and newborn care.
Designed for expectant parents, this course helps build knowledge, confidence, and connection during a transformative time.
Spanish Clase de parto: Temple (clase presencial para pacientes)

Esta serie de cuatro semanas se reúne una vez a la semana y ofrece una visión integral de todo el proceso del parto, desde el trabajo de parto y el parto hasta la atención posparto y los elementos esenciales del recién nacido.
1. Las semanas 1 y 2 se enfocan en el embarazo, el proceso de parto y los procedimientos médicos comunes.
2. La semana 3 incluye un recorrido por las instalaciones y una clase dedicada a la lactancia materna. Los participantes se reunirán en el vestíbulo delantero de la Torre Sur (primer piso) a las 6:00 p.m., donde el instructor saludará y guiará al grupo.
