Growing your family? Help your child become a super sibling! This online sibling preparation class teaches you how to support your child as they grow into their role of big brother or sister.  You will learn how to answer tough questions, ways to help your child feel involved, how to reduce jealousy, and more. Plus, to encourage your sibling-to-be, there are fun lessons to do together, complete with kid-friendly video clips, coloring pages, and activities (recommended for ages 3-7).

Breastfeeding covers the benefits for both the mom and baby, getting off to a good start in the hospital, tips for the first few weeks at home, how to get help if problems arise, and advice on pumping and weaning. For social distancing, classes are being limited to 10 couples per class.

Our hospital tour offers parents and siblings an opportunity to prepare for the big day. We will take a tour and answer any questions that might help ease any anxiety and make the process more enjoyable! This tour is offered at no cost. Learn about breastfeeding from the comfort of your home. Not every family is able to attend parent education classes in person, while others learn better with a self-study class. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos, and games to make learning easy and fun. An invitation to the online course will be given to you within 5 business days after you have completed the registration process.
