Allow 3-4 hours to complete.

To help you prepare for your hospital stay between birth and discharge, we are sharing important patient education: Preparing for Your Hospital Stay & Recovery: Express Online Module. Please take 30-60 minutes to go through the module during your third trimester (be sure to complete it a few weeks before your due date). You are welcome to review it together with your partner or support people!

This online sibling preparation class teaches you how to support your child as they grow into their role of big brother or sister.  You will learn how to answer tough questions, ways to help your child feel involved, how to reduce jealousy, and more.
