1) Describe the role food plays in health, disease prevention, self-care, and well-being and use hands-on cooking skills to apply this knowledge.
2) Demonstrate confidence in implementing food-related self-care practices and mindfulness to support provider wellbeing.
3) Be able to prepare a quick, easy recipe after attending this virtual cooking class.
