1. Review the concept of self-image and its components (self-concept, self-esteem, self-worth). 

2. Recognize the factors that shape and influence self-image, including early experiences and societal factors. 

3. Evaluate how self-image affects personal success, professional growth, goals and relationships on a conscious and subconscious level. 

4. Apply practical strategies for enhancing self-image, including self-awareness, affirmations, goal setting, and seeking support. 

5. Engage in exercises to assess current self-image, create affirmations, visualize positive outcomes, and set aligned goals.
