DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF CANCELLATIONS: 11:59 P.M. CDT ON MAY 30, 2025.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to SNC@BSWHealth.org and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s). Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
• Full conference cancellations notice received on or before May 30, 2025 will receive a refund less the $30 administrative fee if paid by credit card and will be processed in four to six weeks after the request is approved.
• *No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 30, 2025.
• Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
• Registrations may be transferred to other participants from the same school district.
• McLane Children’s reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of McLane Children’s. In the event the conference is canceled, McLane Children’s reserves the right to credit registration fees toward a future McLane Children’s event or reimburse the registrant after deducting costs already incurred by McLane Children’s.
