1. Describe Stigma and differentiate between public, structural, and internalized stigma as they relate to substance use and homelessness 
2. Identify common sources of implicit bias among healthcare professionals and describe how these biases are perpetuated
3. Explain how to use spoken communication and documentation to empower and advocate for patients, including the use of dignifying, person-centered language and reporting of structural inequities impacting health and access to healthcare
