
2025 7th Annual Matthew L. Davis Trauma Symposium
The purpose of the symposium is to help health care professionals who participate in trauma care, increase their knowledge and skill within their roles as trauma providers. Evidence-based practice and newest trends from literature will be reviewed and discussed on a variety of trauma topics to address the needs of our growing community. Providers will leave feeling confident and competent to provide care across the trauma spectrum.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the latest evidence-based practices for stabilizing critically ill trauma patients
- Accurately assess trauma patients and identify critical interventions needed during the pre-hospital
- Learn strategies for effective communication and collaboration among healthcare providers and EMS personnel to improve patient outcomes in trauma situations
- Review and apply current regional trauma care guidelines to ensure compliance with best practices in trauma management.

Travel
- Turn onto S&W South Loop (the entrance across from Panera Bread).
- At the stop sign, turn left onto S&W Emergency Drive (you will pass the emergency room).
- The first two left turns will be the entrances to the parking lot. Parking is generally full, and you will likely need to park at the back of the lot.
- At the far end of this parking lot, there is a shuttle stop that will drive you up if you do not wish to walk.

The directors and planners for the 7th Annual Matthew L. Davis Trauma Symposium would like to invite exhibitors to participate in this year's conference.
The purpose of the symposium is to help health care professionals who participate in trauma care increase their knowledge and skill within their roles as trauma providers. Evidence-based practice and newest trends from literature will be reviewed and discussed on a variety of trauma topics to address the needs of our growing community. Providers will leave feeling confident and competent to provide care across the trauma spectrum.
Additionally, registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity.
The exhibit space is separate from the area where the education is being delivered. Exhibit times will be from 7:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The fee for the day’s exhibit is $2,000 and includes one six-foot table.
