1. Apply the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association guidelines to identify evidence-based stroke practice intervention
2. Update and introduce continuously new treatment modalities that are applicable.
3. Formulate the best treatment plan for patients and family members using the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Guidelines.
