This module will help physicians identify 2 most commonly queried hematologic abnormalities and documentation requirements in order for coders to capture these diagnoses.

This will ensure that complete and accurate ICD 10 code assignment which will in turn impact many important metrics such as Principal diagnoses, Length of stay, Readmissions, Mortality, Patient Safety Indicators etc.

iv. Discuss more about the need and impact of accurate coding of these conditions
