2026 Series Updates

  • Your 2026 RSS Series has been approved, and the session template is ready.
  • Use the updated links for speaker forms:
    • 2026 Speaker Disclosure Link
    • 2026 Speaker Session Information Link
  • Submit sessions at least 5 business days prior to the session date.
    • Approval occurs monthly; Do not send more than one month at a time.
  • Cancel sessions by typing “CANCELLED” before the name; do not delete or reuse.
  • Please review your sessions prior to submitting.
  • Upload PPT slides, COI forms, and attendance rosters, with counts, to each session attachments.
  • Learners have 7 days after the session to claim credit.
  • Add [Coordinator name] to your meeting invitations and include the meeting link in the session.
