OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 
(1) Explain presentations and clinical diagnosis of critical limb threatening ischemia.
(2) Discuss methods to assess tissue perfusion and how the results of testing impact patient care.
(3) Describe the role of duplex scanning in the management of CLTI, including novel techniques.
