Account

How do I set up an account in the Baylor Scott & White Health online continuing education platform?

BSWH affiliates

  • Please enter the URL CE.BSWHealth.com
  • Select “Baylor Scott and White Health CE Login”
  • Enter your network username/password
  • Select “MY ACCOUNT” from the blue navigation bar
  • Select “EDIT” from account menu and “Profile” from sub-menu
  • Complete Required Fields
    • Prefix, Name, Address
    • Credentials: Select “Other” if available credentials do not apply, a drop down will be provided to add specific credentials, but is not required
    • Are you an affiliate
    • Employee status
    • Specialty Board (MD/DO only for MOC Credit)
    • Phone Number (SMS enabled device)
      • Attendees will text SMS code to (254) 206-2572 to record attendance
      • Attendees will receive a text confirmation indicating attendance has been recorded
    • SAVE

Visitor accounts

  • Please enter the URL CE.BSWHealth.com
  • Select “Create new visitor account”
  • Complete Required Fields
    • Create your username/password
    • Prefix, Name, Address
    • Credentials: Select “Other” if available credentials do not apply, a drop down will be provided to add specific credentials, but is not required
    • Are you an affiliate
    • Employee status

  • Select “MY ACCOUNT” from the blue navigation bar
  • Select “EDIT” from account menu and “Profile” from sub-menu
  • Make changes to fields
  • “SAVE” before exiting

Attendance

I have text my attendance for recording, what now?

Check your email, you should have received a confirmation email with more information about your credit. You can click the link in the email to complete components for credit claim such as a quiz, the evaluation, credit claim, print your certificate.

  • Enter the URL CE.BSWHealth.com
  • Log in to your account
  • Access pending activities on your home page
  • Or by selecting “My Account > Pending Activities” to access items requiring attention for completion

Certificate

Where are my certificates?

After you successfully complete a course, you can immediately download and print your certificate.

For easy reference, a transcript of your course history and certificates are maintained in your account and can be conveniently accessed and reprinted anytime from any computer. Log in to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” tab in the blue menu. Select “MY COURSES” to view a list of all courses that you have completed.

You can select any certificate by clicking on “Download.”

Course

How do I take a course?

Select a course from the Course Catalogue at CE.BSWHealth.com
               (List view or Calendar view)

  • Click Register/Take course
  • Log in if you have an account
    • BSWH affiliates use your network login
    • Visitors Create an account or access with Username/Password previously created
  • Click “Add to cart”
  • Click “Checkout”
  • Select “Take course”

Course

When does a course expire?

The expirations dates for all courses are listed on the overview page in the course summary box. You can review the expirations dates by logging into your account and accessing “MY ACTIVITIES” to review your list of pending activities. Select a course from the list to view the course description page. If the page is inaccessible, the course has expired.

Credits

How can I add credits I received from other organizations?

Log in to ce.bswhealth.com
Click on “My Account” tab in the blue menu
Click on “My Courses” tab
Click on “External Credits”
Click “Add Credits”
Type in the Course name, Date Completed and Credit hours awarded. A certificate may be uploaded
Click “Save”
External credit entered appears on the page. The data may be filtered by date, or downloaded as a PDF. External credits do not show on your Transcript.

Credits

Who is eligible to claim CME credit for attending an AWRC approved activity?

Physicians (MD and DO) can receive a CME certificate by completing the appropriate steps for the activity type including but not limited to record of attendance, completion of required evaluation, and credit claim process.

Non-physicians may request a certificate of attendance by completing the appropriate steps for the activity type including but not limited to record of attendance, completion of required evaluation, and credit claim process.

What if I forget my username or password?

 

BSWH Affiliates (Username/Password hint: Use your BSWH network login)

Click the following link to reset your BSWH network password (click here)
               Note: This will reset your password for your network login, email, etc.

 

Guest Account

Click the “Visitor Login” link in the upper-right corner of the screen
Click the “Visitor Login” tab in the middle of the page
Click on the FORGOT VISITOR PASSWORD: tab
Enter username or email address associated with the account
Click the “Email new password” button
An Email with instructions will be sent for password reset

Transcript

How can I print a transcript of my activities?

Access your account at my transcript. BSWH Affiliates will use their network login, and Visitors will use their username and password created when signing up in the learning management system. 

Select "My Account" tab in the blue menu and "My Transcript" link to navigate to access your transcripts.
