OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

(1) Identify and discuss guidelines for MR assessment
(2) Review common pitfalls and/or errors
(3) Define and discuss guidelines for AS assessment by echo
(4) Define the new classification of AS stages, and review echo for assessment of LV function
