This virtual workshop is being held by the BSWH Clinical Compliance & Risk Management teams. The goal of this workshop is to provide leadership with education related to hot topics from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC). Onsite surveys have continued during the pandemic and we will soon be experiencing virtual recertification surveys because of the pandemic. We are excited to have this opportunity to hear from representatives from CMS and TJC on these topics and many others.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity the learner should be able to:

Recognize what to expect of CMS/TJC walks in your door
List what to expect from virtual surveys
