Empower the veterans: become a peer support specialist

Are you a veteran or veteran family member? Fulfill your passion for bringing healing to the community you love. As a peer support specialist, you’ll  provide important support and outreach to other veterans and veteran family member employees.

Peer Support Specialist Requirements

• Attend a one-and-a-half day training on evidence-based peer support skills, including active listening, rapport building, assessment and networking
• Participate in monthly supervision video calls for six months
• Receive a small stipend for completing monthly survey
