OBJECTIVES:   Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe the unique challenges in sharing visit notes for the pediatric and adolescent population.
  2. Describe common reasons why providers may not share notes through a patient portal.
  3. Describe how patients and families can help improve the accuracy of notes.
