Objectives: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

-Define outcomes in major trials comparing TAVR to SAVR

-Define conduction system abnormalities and the implications on long term outcomes in TAVR patients

-Define strategies for a 1st AVR in younger, low risk patients and the implications of each strategy
