OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

1. Discuss Sarcoid heart disease and total 12-lead ORS voltage
2. Discuss Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia and total 12-lead ORS voltage
3. Identify purely regurgitant bicuspid aortic values and value replacement with or without resection of ascending aorta
4. Discuss Syphilis of the aorta
5. Identify findings in donor hearts
6. Identify Transradial -vs- Transfemoral approach to left-sided cardiac catheterization
