Physicians are not knowledgeable about many of the newest advances and treatments.  Physicians do not have all the strategies needed to incorporate new evidence based information and treatment into their clinical practice.

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Identify the differences between oropharyngeal swallowing dysfunction in myasthenia gravis (MG) patients presenting with difficulty in swallowing between the neutral and chin-down positions, based on the results of high-resolution manometry (HRM) examination. (2) Analyze the safety and tolerability of resistance and endurance exercise in ALS participants as measured by their ability to complete this six-month study.
