OBJECTIVES: As a result of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1) Review the study “Lower or Higher Oxygen Targets for Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure”.
2) Review the current evidence on liberal vs conservative oxygen supplementation in the ICU.
3) Develop skills in critical evaluation of the literature for improvements in clinical practice
