OBJECTIVES:  As a result of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

1. Describe the clinical presentation of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH)
2. List the three key histopathologic patterns of DAH
3. Review diseases associated with each histologic pattern
4. Review literature regarding therapy for capillaritis related DAH
5. Analyze important components of the evaluation of DAH
