1. Explain the concept of frailty to the learner how to diagnose the impact on surgical outcomes.
2. Discuss workflows and setting up large scale strategy to evaluate and capture frailty elements in the preoperative and presurgical setting.
3. Review potential risk mitigation strategies centered around frailty characteristics.

4. Explain the importance of multidisciplinary teams, risk reduction options and shared decision making to improve patient outcomes after surgery in high frail cohort.
