OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Identify signs of free flap compromise.
2. Employ bedside maneuvers to assess a threatened free flap, and early action plan to alert surgical team.
3. Identify the relevant anatomy in sternal and spinal coverage cases.
4. Identify patient selection criteria for surgery after massive weight loss.
