OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

(1) Discuss familiarity in the early-onset colorectal cancer incidence rates and new recommendations for screening in adults below the age of 50.

(2) Discuss familiarity of the care and services patients can expect to receive after their surgery.

(3) Discuss advances in colon cancer treatment.
