National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and Vermont Oxford data in Neonatal-perinatal medicine suggest significant continuing morbidity and mortality of very low birth weight infants. Some of the common and challenging risk factors are nutrition, respiratory management, neuro developmental outcomes etc. Additionally, providing education in the neonatal- perinatal medicine is essential for patient care as well. 

OBJECTIVES:  Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (Add Objectives)

1.  The difference between POCUS and routine ultrasound in clinical practice.

2.  The different classes and different applications of POCUS with the relevant evidence.  

3.  The practical steps in implementing neonatal POCUS program.
