OBJECTIVES:    Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Appreciate the gastrointestinal manifestations of COVID-19 infection, (2) Develop an approach to the evaluation of intractable nausea and vomiting in a patient manifesting a positive COVID PCR test, (3) Discuss treatment approaches to address intractable nausea and vomiting in a COVID-positive patient.
