OBJECTIVES:  Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Describe antibody associations with clinical manifestations in systemic sclerosis and related overlap conditions, (2) Compare evidence supporting pharmacologic management of scleroderma in systemic sclerosis, (3) Describe strategies for management of extra-cutaneous systemic sclerosis manifestations.
