OBJECTIVES:  Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: (1) Review the different glomerulonephritides, (2) Discuss the pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis and diagnostic challenges of IgA nephropathy, and its overlap with IgA vasculitis, (3) Review predictors of progression of IgA nephropathy (Clinical and Histopathological), (4) Discuss treatment strategies for IgA nephropathy.
