OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Review the basic concepts of urodynamics and know how to apply findings to everyday bladder management, (2) Discuss strategies to lower bladder pressures during the filling, storage and voiding phases of bladder function, (3)Identify the warning signs of bladder deterioration and when to intervene both medically and surgically to prevent serious health consequences.
