20220215 Dallas Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation JC “Cost-effectiveness of Physical Therapy vs Intra-articular Glucocorticoid Injection for Knee Osteoarthritis Effect of Intra-articular Platelet-Rich Plasma vs Placebo Injection on Pain and Medial Tibial

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Discuss the incremental cost-effectiveness between physical therapy and intraarticular glucocorticoid injection as initial treatment strategies for knee osteoarthritis. (2) Evaluate the effects of intra-articular PRP injections on symptoms and joint structure in patients with symptomatic mild to moderate radiographic medial knee OA.
