4: Discuss what constitutes implied consent.
5:Discuss the case law that informed a warranty of cure.
6:Discusss informed refusal and capacity to consent.
7:Discuss the consent requirements when minors seek treatment.
8:Discuss the patient’s perspective on informed consent.
