OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to - (1) Identify if they may be suffering from burnout, depression, or a lack of self-compassion, (2) Explain what is asked about seeking Mental Health Assistance by the Texas Medical Board, (3) Discuss what resources BSWH has to support its physicians’ mental health, (4) Explain self-compassion and how it can be used to reduce burnout.
