OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to - (1) Discuss current understanding and challenges in COPD, (2) Summarize recommendations for the assessment and management of COPD, (3) Outline rationale for the precision therapy of COPD using phenotype/endotype approaches (4) Review potential targets for novel therapies for COPD.
