OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Assess the Mayo-Portland Adaptability Inventory — version 4 (MPAI-4) and related measures’ measurement properties and the quality of evidence supporting these results, (2) Identify the interpretability and feasibility of the MPAI-4 and related measures, and (3) Discuss the interrater reliability for translation of the Karnofky Performance Status (KPS) for use in inpatient cancer rehabilitation.
