OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Explain whether application of incisional negative pressure wound therapy (iNPWT) has any effect on the incidence of surgical site infection following acquired lower limb loss (Vaddavalli et al., 2023), (2) Evaluate whether iNPWT placement following acquired lower limb loss changes the time to prosthesis placement eligibility (Vaddavalli et al., 2023), (3) Describe the effect of iNPWT on wound healing following acquired lower limb loss (Vaddavalli et al., 2023), (4) Discuss the chemo-induced neuropathy and prevention measures (Lopez-Garzon et al., 2022), (5) Analyze the benefits of physical activity at the onset of chemo-induced neuropathy development (Lopez-Garzon et al., 2022), and (6) Identify factors that could prevent or improve the quality of life of those with chemotherapy-induced neuropathy (Lopez-Garzon et al., 2022).
