OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: (1) Create a framework for describing lung imaging abnormalities. (2) Differentiate mosaicism and groundglass. (3) Select appropriate images to separate reticulation from groundglass. (4) Identify clues that favor traction bronchiolectasis over subpleural cysts. (5) Describe the unique features of paraseptal emphysema and honeycombing. (6) Separate CTD-ILD from type UIP CT pattern ILDs.
